Returns Policy

The shipping time is composed of order precessing time and courier delivery time. We provide fast and reliable delivery service worldwide from Standard to Express shipping. Once your order is placed or shipped, you will receive the tracking code and instructions from our email service@punmim.com.

*Free Standard Shipping on orders of $79 or more.

It normally takes about 1–2 weeks to receive the items in most cities across the U.S., Canada, the U.K., and Australia.

Order Processing Time

General items: We generally process to ship these orders within 1-3 business days. Orders placed during weekends or on holidays will process on the next consecutive business day. If the item you ordered is out of stock, we will email you the best available option.

Handmade items: To ensure each handmade product's quality and the materials' freshness, we reserve up to 2 weeks for every artisan. Please expect up to two weeks of production and processing time before shipping.

* All Express orders will be prioritized for production, which usually only takes 1-3 working days before shipping.

* Customers in the US region do not pay taxes or fees on purchases; VA is included in the price of items when customers in the European region purchase products.

We want to ensure that your shopping experience with us is enjoyable and satisfactory. However, we understand that sometimes things may go differently than planned. If this happens, we have a general return/exchange process to assist you.

General Return/Exchange Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return & Exchange

If you need to initiate a return or exchange, please email us at service@punmim.com with your order number. Our customer service team will provide professional and helpful guidance throughout the return & exchange process.

Step 2: Ship Your Product Back

After we approve your request and provide our return/exchange address, please return the item within 7 days by following our instructions. We recommend using a tracking service for delivery confirmation, as we can only issue a refund/exchange once we receive the product. Please note that we do not cover the shipping fee for returning products.

Step 3: Refund/Exchange

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item within 3-5 working days, process a replacement for an exchange or issue a refund.

Before returning the product, please contact us to initiate the return/exchange process. Direct returns at the delivery time or to the local post office without prior contact will not be accepted. Email us at service@punmim.com.com with "RETURN" in the subject line.

We only issue refunds/exchanges for items within the scope of our Return/Exchange Policy.
